Overall, I have enjoyed living here. The community atmosphere is nice and there are usually fun activities the office hosts throughout the year! Also, the complex is a relatively quiet place that I feel safe to live in. The maintenance staff are always respectful and respond pretty quickly to requests. The community is clean aside from lingering trash that finds its way to the wooded area. Furthermore, engaging with members in the office is a pleasant experience. The main complaint I have is, as someone who lives right next to the basketball court, my roommates and I endure listening to loud music during late night basketball sessions. The residents are respectful and are just enjoying themselves and the amenities, so I don't consider it awful. It's just annoying when I want to sleep during the times the court is in use like that. Other than that, I think the Annex is a good place to make your home during college.

Everyone is really friendly and I have not had really any problems. It is a bit far from campus though

I have lived at Annex for a little over a year and it has been by far the best property I have lived on in Oxford. The grounds are beautiful and are great for taking our dogs on walks. The pool area is so nice in the summer time and makes it feel like a little vacation right at home. Maintenance has always been fast and very friendly. The staff at annex always puts so much effort into community events and helping with any questions we have had. The whole front desk team are always very helpful and are always excited to see our pups when we come in. Ryan and Michaela have been the best! We ❤️ Annex!

Great place to live and very inexpensive compared to other options in the area especially if you get a 4 person townhouse.

Toured with a friend. Felt very unpersonable, unprofessional, and rushed for what little we were told about the property. We were only briefly told about other floor plans, and were left very unsure about what all is provided as a lease signer. As someone that works in the industry, there were a lot of red flags.

Shuttle service is extremely unreliable. Do not sign here - they make promises and then never follow through.

Pros:- Very pretty place to live with a nice community- maintenance is fast- affordable housing w/ lots of room compared to others around campus- Pet friendly- Own bathroom attached to room- Nice back patioCons:- Annex bus doesn't run during summer, not totally reliable- Townhouse was dirty on move in with some damage to it (broken stool and unremovable stains on countertops)- Dogs out a lot without leashes, which can be downside to some people.- Some hidden small fees- Far from campus, stores, uptown, etcOverall I enjoy it but they can improve cleaning on move in and their bus schedule. The main downfall for me is the distance from lots of things w/ lack of bus services since it isn't within walking distance and is one of the things that might cause me to move

Gold standards of how college living space should be like. I’ve visited multiples apartments in Oxford and Annex is the best by far in terms of looks and facilities. Not to mention the maintenance team here could easily win the olympic for their speed, and reliability. Although Annex is not perfect, especially with the admin team that messes up occasionally but, no impact on living experience. However, cleanliness when moving in needs improvement (found dog pee near my front bedroom door). Would renew if I was staying.

Worst place to live. The management is so awful!!!!!! Avoid it. I was charged for things I did not do. I moved to a dirty place and went to the office in the same day and asked for the manager to tell her but she wasn't in the office so I had to stay there, after several months I was charged bc the kitchen was dirty. It was like that since the first day!!!!!

Do not sign here you will be trapped.Who are not aware of the regulations of the lease and will be taken advantage off. You will be charged for everything even things that you are not responsible for. How can I delegated lease to others, leaving this place for half year and still asking for paying rent for other delegate people.
