My fiancé and I have been visiting Dr. Molly for nearly four years for our two cats during our undergrad/graduate programs. The entire staff have showed them continuous love and support for everything they've needed, from check-ups to more serious conditions.
One of our cats developed a chronic bladder condition and when he first started demonstrating serious symptoms there was no hesitation to squeeze him in and get him under the needed observation. They continued to keep us posted throughout his stay and gave him love and attention when we couldn't, visiting him when the clinic was closed. When the conditions persisted, Dr. Molly's commitment to your animals really shows as she is well versed in modern evidence based treatments and did a wonderful job explaining treatments and what the next best steps would be to get him back to his normal self. Thankfully with their recommendations, we've been able to manage his condition with the right combination of diet, medicine, and supplements and he is happy and healthy as ever with no issues since!
Pricing is completely justifiable when you know you're getting the best care in the area.
Big shoutout to Kate and Roman for their love of animals and who radiate positivity as soon as you walk in the door. Easily the best veterinary clinic in Oxford and highly recommend them to any students or families in the area.

Outstanding Clinic! Dr. Molly and staff are the most incredible , professional , and kindest people. They gave me an estimate of the charges before the procedure was performed. They called me to update me on additional findings and to get the ok. I feel so confident in their knowledge. I would recommend this office and team 1000%

I brought my cat to this clinic due to massive weight loss, hoping for help and answers. Unfortunately, my experience was disheartening. They charged $400 for tests, only to later admit their equipment wasn't working correctly, and they sent the specimen off to a lab. Days later, they called to say it was just a UTI and sold us antibiotics. Tragically, my cat passed away two months later. This ordeal left me devastated and questioning the clinic's competence and honesty. I hope they take steps to improve their services for future pet owners

The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. I’d often stop in to inquire about my cat way before I ever had my first appointment. They’re always willing to answer any questions and seem to be very knowledgable. The waiting area and rooms are clean and tidy and never have that “wet dog” smell that some places do. There are hooks to secure leashes between every other seat, and there’s plenty of open space in the waiting area to sequester your pet if you need to. The veterinarian I met with was very kind and gentle with my little buddy, and they answered all my questions. The wait time to be seen wasn’t very long, but even still they all apologized profusely afterwards, saying that it’s not normally like this. The price was more than reasonable, being far less than I expected to have to pay. I’ll definitely be going back for all future check ups.

Dr. Molly and staff are wonderful! My dog is always excited when we pull into the vet. Before your pet is treated, you get a printed out bill of all potential expenses. You can then accept or deny specific treatments. I have never seen this at a vet before in all my years of owning pets and I wish that was industry standard. Dr. Molly also explains all the avenues you can take for treatments and takes extra time if needed and you don't feel rushed. Animal Care Clinic also has a rewards system where it is actually possible to gain and redeem points towards your visits. Highly recommend!

This is an outstanding animal clinic. My two-year old cat, Loki, recently had to be hospitalized for over a week. During that whole time, I felt at ease leaving him in their care and knew that the whole staff would take great care of them. They are an incredible clinic that truly takes care of your animal like it is your own. Everyone on staff was more than happy to answer all of my questions and were terrifically helpful. Roman and Kate constantly updated me on the how Loki was doing, and did not mind me calling twice a day to check up on him. The staff at ACC loved on Loki endlessly and showed him attentiveness, patience, and care. I would even say he was more spoiled there than he is at home, and that says something! Grace and Pamela were super helpful whenever we came to visit Loki. Always made sure he was cleaned up and gave us as much time as we wanted to spend with him.Dr. Molly was outstanding and made sure to inform us step by step of what was going on, laid out plans and options, and never pushed anything that was not necessary. She was extremely knowledgable about Loki's situation. She consulted two different specialist's just to make sure. Dr. Molly's examination and care were thorough, which shows that she deeply cares about your animal.Pricing was extremely fair, and all pricing was laid out before anything was performed. I do recommend paying in cash if you can because it saves you the 4% surcharge fee. I have been going here for over a year and will continue going here because I know my cats will get 110% of the staffs attention and care. The best clinic in Oxford and extremely thankful they took care of Loki.
