I'm sorry I hate give bad reviews but they need merge owensville with Batavia po
I get mail 1 day every 2 weeks maybe idk what's the problem however I feel it needs a huge upgrade
I was told the postmaster has a bad memory? ?
I was absolutely shocked, I have used owensville po many years Joe is a sweetheart yes maybe aging but hey we all are!!
Something needs to be done there I hate this it's historical they probably been there years but I. All fairness we deserve our correct packages, and mail!!
I got a update my package is at Batavia po??
Idk nor have any clue!!

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Constantly miss placing packages or putting them in other boxes, then act like your the inconvenience for wondering where it is. Joe needs to retire and hire some young kids to do his job. Obviously to old to be handing mail.

I mailed my taxes certified. I became concern when the state and school went to the same zip code. I just wanted to check. The man working there told me they had a better way to verify then I could but when speaking to him about my concern he was so short with me. He acted like I was an inconvenience. He needs to work in the private sector. Then he can be held accountable. Government workers don't care. They keep their jobs no matter what they do.
