Have also had things notarized for free as a customer. We left all our big business bank accounts because they didn't align with our values (they help fund oil pipelines in native land, etc.). “Thank you to Melody at the Eastgate Branch. She did in five minutes what the Ohio Pike branch could not accomplish in two days! Jus needed a simple statement of a closed account. Day one at Ohio Pike, I had to see a "banker". Day two, I sit for 25 minutes to see a banker and I am not even acknowledged nor assisted. I had to get back to my work. No customer service at that location. Two days of frustration.”

“Everytime I've visited this branch with my mom (or on her behalf), the experience was easy, efficient, with accurate results. And who ever assisted us (or me) was friendly and knowledgeable. They've helped with account updates after my dad died, notorizing of legal documents that another large bank turned into a monumental situation, and recently with depositing large checks. That transaction was done in about 5 minutes.”

“I've been banking with them for 20 years! I love this bank! My only issue is they changed their hours after covid. They used to be open Monday thru Friday until 7pm and til 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Now it's only until 5pm m-f and Saturdays until noon and no Sundays. The reason I went with this bank was because they had extended hours. I'm sure I'm one of the few that doesn't do debit cards, so I have to go to the bank for withdrawls and the hour changes have made it hard.”
