Friendly helpful staff. Mr Geise fixed the heat in my daughter's car for a fair price. We appreciate his knowledge and expertise.

Had break work done and a oil change done the bill was suppost to been $300.00 and some change we ask them to call if the bill was going to be more they took it on them selfs and repair the front breaks to the back ones was the only one made any noise this isn't the first time they have done this this bill was $770.00 the other time was a seal in a vehical the work was good craftsmanship and there was a note wrote on the work slip to call if there was going to be other charges so make sure they know what you want before getting work done what would have happen if we didn't have the money to pay for it by law you couldn't put use breaks on a vehicalService: Brake service & repair

After a $2,000 transmission rebuild, I put 20k easy miles on the truck. Yeah, the rebuild was 3 years ago, but these were easy miles as I usually only use the truck for the ice and snow, not pulling any trailers. It recently started shifting funny so I dropped the pan to swap out the fluid and filter.....only to find huge chunks of metal in the bottom of the pan. Now I see why their warranty period is so small. I would expect a full rebuild to last for more miles than that, but I guess that's how it goes.Service: Transmission

On Monday Our Chrysler Aspen left us like this..???...#TransmissionProblemsBut Today we picked it up like???...I literally started thinking about having a car payment again..,But After a quick trip to Giese Transmissions in Ottoville it's all good.. And I was like the repair cost a little less than 2 months of the original car payments when we bought it way back when..So with that being said I like to give Dennis Giese thanks and a big shout out to#GieseTransmissions⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Transfer case swap in h2 hummer. Quoted 1700 charged 2190. Two stripped out bolts. Threads gone like they used impact. Had new electrical ground issues after got truck back. It took two weeks longer than expected to finish. On a brighter note owner put two healey coils and fixed stripped bolts for free. Charged me 240 to look for ground issue that was never located. 1700 quote overall cost 2430. In addition when I went to pick up the truck he through the keys at me from 15 feet away and said ok thanks. Bye. No discussion or documentation of what work was done. Now I have two healey coils in a brand new transfer case.lol. (sarcastic laugh)

Very disappointed. 1st time going here and service was not as expected. Told them I needed car by Thursday so son could return to college, and if they couldn't do it, I would take it somewhere else. They called with 18 minutes till close. Then when we picked it up Friday, we were told they replaced the front end steering parts instead of just the joints. They said parts cost more, but saved on labor .. I would be OK with that.. If we were able to have it Thursday. Then as my son drives down the road .. The steering wheel isn't straight .. It's a pain to drive like that ( picture is when wheels are straight):
