“Wonderful meeting rooms. Very clean and well lit. The only downside is that there is handicap parking in the back but the back doors are locked and you have to walk around the building to get in.”

“best gym experience ever
First and foremost, Brittany the manager is a rockstar and not enough can be said about her.
Secondly, the facility alone is very clean! There is pretty much some form of every machine you can think of. The private bathrooms with shower in are an absolute blessing. It doesn’t have a typical “gym” smell it just smells like a clean facility.
The attention to guests is notable, I love the top #15.
Thirdly, beware this gym will become your home away from home. A lot of gyms are daunting and have an intimidating atmosphere but at Ottawa AF it’s welcoming and encouraging. Once you make routine, you won’t ever want to break it.”
