I went to get a second unit rented because I was so pleased with the service. Shelly was amazing and helpful, and even taught me how to use the app to open the gate because I have short arms. No more having to lean out the car to type in the gate code! No matter where I move to I will definitely try Public Storage again because of her great service.”

Josh was extremely helpful, call me back closer to the date so I could get my full free mont, walked me through the contract as I was signing and also walked me through the app so I knew exactly what to do when I get there.
