Mail lady delivered a amazon package to the wrong address. Came back a day or two later yelling at my pregnant wife telling her to give all the stuff back making it seem like its her fault. We talked to Amazon and they had said they would take care of it. We did what amazon told us to do. If you need to talk to someone its hard to do no one answers the phone. Its stupid. Answer the d*** ohone and have some real people answer instead of computers

Not the most knowledgeable or friendly post office. The letter carriers are good but for postal service go elsewhere.
