I moved to the area a few years back and have used them a few times for some minor repairs. While they may not be fastest, they always seem respectful of my time and give me honest answers about what to expect. I also appreciate the nighttime drop box option. For the few repairs I've needed, they have always provided an honest quote and good recommendations.
