Terrible experience with this dealership!!! Do not buy from here!!! First car they sold me was front wheel drive after I asked for all wheel drive. Second Certified car they sold me was a total lemon. It stalled, had electronic issues, shook while driving and was constantly in the shop! They agreed to buy that car back- but not without giving me negative equity. The third car they sold me (to get out of the lemon) was wrecked underneath and they never told me! I brought it back to them within 24 hours because it was making a noise. They kept it for 8 days and said it was fine so I took it to get a second opinion. The second mechanic saw the damage within minutes and said it was so unsafe I was not allowed to drive it off the lot!! It was wrecked underneath and my strut was bent and shoved into my frame!! When I contacted Whites they told me they had done enough for me and it was my problem!! After they talked to the other mechanic they said they would “bend the metal so it doesn’t rub but they won’t put any money into it because they already lost enough money on me”!! Meanwhile I’m paying thousands out of pocket to have my car fixed correctly. I’ve contacted the BBB and an attorney but I don’t recommend anyone EVER buy a car here unless you enjoy headaches and risking your life in unsafe vehicles!! Not to mention they’ve been rude, belittled me, and treated me with so much disrespect I’ve left crying multiple times.

I recently had to replace the brakes on my Focus. I contacted White's Ford and was able to make an immediate appointment that worked with my schedule. As always, they were professional and efficient and contacted me as soon as the repairs were done. This is why I have gone back to White's Ford for the past couple of decades with all my repair needs. Their personnel are very friendly and knowledgeable and the business is genuine when it comes to making my experience a great one. I look forward to using their services in the future to keep my car and truck running safely and efficiently on the roads.

EXCELLENT experience! I've purchased two vehicles from White's and have all of my service done there as well. They do business the old fashioned way without high pressure, or games, and genuinely want to ensure that they exceed all of your expectations! Very fair in trade-in values, thorough with paperwork, explaining new vehicle features, and they do not take a whole day to get a deal done. Can't say enough about the professional staff and very clean facility!

Place is a joke you have service advisors playing videos games on the clock. Techs cussing and throwing tools. Drinking on the job. but I was let go for what reason?
