Took my mom in and she found a chair she liked after multiple stores. We went to breakfast so she could think about it. Came back, bought it. Paid for it and had half of it loaded in the car, Jack went back to get the other half of recliner and came back without it and said “Oh wait, I think I made a mistake”. He undercharged her by $100. We said she already paid and it’s half in the car. I said it is paid for you should honor the price you charged her. He said NO! My mom paid the difference but should not have had to. She wanted to come back later and buy a second chair that matched. Now we know we will not be back.

I had a great experience was helped as I went in also from the service there to calling about measurments of my finite to the 2 wonderful MEN that delivered my furniture I would have to say that was the best experience I've had in over 25 Year's nothing like feeling important and PEOPLE care more about what u would like rather than getting a sale I'll defiently be back and recommend u check this place out as well

The staff were friendly and helpful. Took is around and have us ideas for what we were looking for. They said it would be 60 days until we got our couch but 82 days later still no couch. They say 2 more weeks.

Vee was very helpful during the purchase of my furnishings and gave me all the information and space needed to make the right choices. I appreciated her candor and willingness to ensure my questions were answered. Jack Runion assisted with a small issue after the sale and as expected, his team was professional and efficient with that as well.
