We had a bungy cord puncture our tire. He was nice and fixed it that evening so I could make a doctor's appointment. the shop is two doors from our house it is convenient. Prices are comparable to other shops. We took our car back for an oil change, he called Ford to make sure he was using the right oil. Very service oriented
