Called in for a prescription question. (It was a long process before you can even talk to a real person). Finally I talked to someone and said let me ask my coworker and put me on hold. Waited for 10 minutes and they hanged up on me!

I wasn't aware the pharmacy closed at 6 on Sundays so I wasn't able to fill a much needed prescription for my husband who had just been released from hospital

Very slow service waited almost all day for 2 scripts just for them not to call us to let us know they only had one in stock when this was suppose to be a 25 min wait from 10 this morning now going on 5pm
