I have had a unit here since 10/1/2010, Twelve years and as a thank you they raised my rates 50% over what we have been paying every month without any notice. I received a phone call today to my cell, which the number has been the same for over 20 years and they had it on file; the lady who called me (Eve) said my unit was past due since the rates were raised but the payment they received was not. I told her this was the first I have heard about an increase. She said is went into effect 2 months ago. The new rate is 50% higher than my previous rate. She said they didn't tell me about an increase because they don't have a current address or any email on file for me in this system. I said well my email was never asked for and you obviously have my number as you called me just now. I had to pay the extra charge to bring my unit current and I plan on emptying this thing out asap and getting away from these people. If this is how they treat long term customers Run Away NOW, don't stop don't think just RUN.

This place is by far the best storage facility in ohio with the best prices guaranteed. The owner and employees are the nicest and most understanding people you could ever meetI would never store my belongings elsewhere. Love this place...
