I recently had my second experience with Auto Allies. This shop has proven to me that they are the most dependable, honest and reasonably priced shop around these parts. I have a difficult time trusting people to do the job correctly anymore, but with Auto Allies I don’t have to worry one little bit. I have found that Auto Allies have gone above and beyond both times I have used them. The job will be done correctly! They have my complete trust. There prices are amazing too!

We can not say enough about Auto Allies. We have been going to see Don and Courtney for over 8 years now we would take our vehicles nowhere else service is excellent and they are such wonderful people strongly recommend.

I was recommended by my neighbor. I took my car there for one issue and they done an entire inspection and found other things as well and sent me pictures of everything with the level of urgency of replacement of each. Some I knew were going to be needing replaced and some I did not. Communication with them is easy and pleasing and drop off and pick up is sooo convenient. I will definitely be going back to them.

Best place around Grove City to get your car repaired. Took my car to three other places that didn't know how to fix it. I loved the honesty and great customer service. We will never take our cars anywhere else.

Took my 2003 Honda pilot here at the recommendation of a work friend. Did not disappoint. The customer service was phenomenal— they were patient with me and answered my many questions and numerous phone calls. I appreciated that they kept in touch with me through the process of working on my car. I felt the pricing was fair and the mechanics were honest. With a 20+ year old car there was a lot that should/could be worked on and updated and the mechanics helped me prioritize work so that I could remain within my budget. This was a huge selling point for me: they could honestly tell me what I needed to do now and what I could wait to have done later. The customer service alone would have me coming back to this place— and I fully intend to dispute it being a 20 minute drive from my home. The work they did was good and when I had a problem with one of my new tires rapidly losing air, they were able to get me in right away to check out and fix the problem at no cost to me. It’s hard to find a good and honest mechanic so save yourself the heartache and trouble and bring your car to auto allies.

Highly recommend getting your car worked on here!! The staff is super friendly and communicated with me every step, which is really appreciated. They got my car fixed in a timely manner and made it really easy to drop off and pick up my car after normal hours. Also charged me a very fair price for the work!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Auto Allies. They were recommended by a friend and I am so thankful. These folks are honest, reliable and a genuine joy to work with. The office staff is kind and friendly. The mechanics are knowledgeable, prompt and trustworthy. They take the time to explain the things I can’t understand and I don’t feel judged or like I’m being taken advantage of. I would not hesitate to send my grandma in here! Thanks Auto Allies!!
