Verizon - VERY disappointed in your customer service. I went on a Canadian cruise and my husband called to discuss what we needed to do to our plan. Now over $1900 deep into this issue due to incorrect information from your customer service and still fighting to get this corrected. I would recommend two cans and a string before Verizon.

Currently a Verizon prepaid customer. I'm prepaid by choice, I like to buy my phones cash and use the prepaid because its cheaper than contracts that include phones. The service is very good much better than AT&T that I had in the past. The employees are friendly and this location is clean and well maintained. I do not like their app because it seems like regardless if I'm on cellular service or wifi it never works right which as a prepaid customer is how I control my account.

While most people that work there are great the gentleman I dealt with didn’t have the drive to look further into things nor make his mistakes right. I came back in twice to have a. Issue fixed and he would say sorry a manager will call you later to which the call never came. I can’t get ahold of customer service as the robot hangs up. Online it keeps telling me to call or that I have entered the wrong info. It’s a shame, this experience is making me seek a different carrier. I have been with Verizon for 11 yrs. They also don’t have cases nor did the gentleman look into trying ti order any. He was zero help. His hygiene was so bad I had ti get up and walk out twice. I hate ti add that being it sounds like an insult but in customer service you should have cleaner people working there.

Today is Labor Day and my phone died. I was surprised but our Verizon store was opened in point place Toledo Ohio and Ryan was a blessing. He checked out my old phone and was honest saying it didn’t look good. He was able to assist me and set me up in a new phone and he even helped me find a case. I use my phone as I am a home care nurse and go back to work tomorrow and he got me all set up. I truly can not say enough about Ryan’s concern and service and will be back if needed. Pat mowrey

I bought a new phone at this location and they didn't set it up. Simply put the phone in a bag and told me I had to do it. I also bought a screen protector and asked them to put it on. The girl did it but said I can't guarantee how it will turn out I'm not very good at putting these on. I watched her attempt to put 3 on the customer she was helping before me( I'm assuming it was her sister or some sort of relation because they looked a lot alike) she would screw one up and open another and try again, but said she couldn't do that for mine? The girl who helped me was very rude. I had sprint for 20+ years and never had an experience close to this.

This place has a couple knowledgeable managers who are willing to help but otherwise expect some unknowledgeable rudeness from the staff. For starters they usually just stare at you as you walk in the door and continue talking amongst themselves. When they finally do approach they try really hard to sound more intelligent than what they are and unless you are willing to buy something new they will act like you are bothering them. And this is not isolated, I have been coming here for years because my company dictates that we use Verizon but to be honest I'd rather go to the dentist office than deal with these people. I always hope for it to change but sure enough, they always come through with the worst customer service on the planet.
