Have been submitting USPS Prohibition form 1500 to this place a couple times only to find out today they have been throwing it away instead of submitting it to the Pricing And Classification Service Center. I was told by the clerk that he determined the mail piece was not explicit despite that choice being up to me. I am filing formal complaints with The United States postmaster general DeJoy.

This USPS stay very busy, the staff turnaround is fast compared to other branches but still makes the place OK. Staff are a hit or miss some are very helpful but others not so much. Oregon could use a bigger USPS since this one stays super busy. there is one person that always went above and beyond and was always very professional DAWN YOU ARE THE BEST!

Worthless. Tracking number says package is still at drop off in Oregon post office. No one is answering the phone. No humans at 800 number $1100 package unknown with zero help.

As i stand in line, finally the 3rd person i spoke with regarding stamps was ready to sell them to me, but OOPS... None in her drawer. Wait some more!!! Then this lady argued with me telling me i DONT LIVE IN NORTHWOOD... Debating me informing me i live in Lucas county. I pay my property taxes to Wood co each year.. I also deal with job and family services of WOOD CO. The state of ohio says i live in Northwood but she knows better i guess!!

This place doesn't allow you to pay with cash or change for stamps, no ppl around. I come back another time and the machine is broken. This would be a great place to start a post office one day!!!!

Not every single employee is awful but I definitely avoid one in particular. The manager John is kinda a joke. This location really needs some reevaluation on Some of their workers consumers are definitely suffering

Mail is always coming up missing and tracking never shows until it's delivered if at all. There needs to be an investigation done at this location and pontiac where most of my items get sent through because this is unacceptable. I am trying to run an online business and I pay for tracking so why is this not being done?

Not sure what the deal is, been using this location now for over two years and it seems the delivery network is in tatters. Anything that is routed to Pontiac, MI takes forever to move through, if at all. I run an online business and of course any orders that rely on this part of the network are resulting in a large amount of returns/refunds.These items are sent 1st class envelopes and while others that route through other parts of the network seem to arrive in a timely fashion out of this location to Pontiac, MI are either coming up missing or stolen. Even worse is the items are not being scanned to show reception so it looks like the fault of the business owner.Since USPS provides a pre-arranged delivery service through the platform I sell on, the tracking # given is allegedly unique and internally they can't track it, wtaf? This has been a really disheartening and unpleasant experience and USPS needs to do an audit or something to figure out why things like this happen, it's simply unacceptable.

Glad I am not the only one who has problems with them. They decided to mark all my mail return to sender. I wish Amazon would not use them. I have zero issues with UPS. Fedex is even better than them.I’m getting a PO box so they don’t have to get out of the truck and deliver the mail. How nice of me to pay them to do their job.I am praying Amazon expand their own courier service and they can quit using them.Update:Amazing how a package is marked “no access to the front door.” I guess if you don’t even drive down the street when marking that, there is no access from the post office. I get they don’t to deliver 2 weeks worth of mail and packages on a Saturday but it’s what they’re paid to do.
