Highly recommend. We ran into a bit of an issue, with a mistake that was made by the mechanic when we took our vehicle in for alignment. We brought it to the attention of Bob, the owner, and he went way above and beyond to make everything right. Things happen, everyone makes mistakes. And when it happened here, they took care of it. This proves to me that this is an honest and trustworthy business. I will trust them with any of our needs in the future! Thanks Bob.

I made a call to this place, because they were the closes to me. I was working on an Onan 4000 generator. I took this job on for a nice older woman, who was looking for help on Facebook. She had a 93 Fleetwood Bounder and was getting ready to leave everything behind and travel the US, which is also a dream I share.
A gentleman named Jake answered the phone. I originally asked if they sold parts for this generator there. What ended up happening over 4-5 phone calls throughout the day he helped me diagnose the problem and repair it to a perfectly running generator.
I have 26 years in automotive repair, but I’ve never fixed a generator. So as soon as he could hear that I understood the things he was saying it was on, he switched from customer service mode to repair mode.
Over all a 10 out of 10 experience. Everyone left happy and my customer has a fully functional generator.

If you’re familiar with Tri County in our area you’re foolish not to use them. I'm camping at Maumee Bay SP by myself (am older woman) and needed help with a tire issue. I checked other tire establishments and they couldn't take the time to help. At Tri County Tire, they listened to me, took care of the problem, without a wait, and treated me respectfully. I appreciated what they did for me.
