I scheduled an appointment for a massage and facial today and just got word the provider is canceling on me; one hour before I was supposed to arrive. This is the second time I've been canceled on by Traebin's. The first reason provided was an error with double booking which I understand, mistakes happen and now the esthetician's daughter is sick which I also understand but I am tired of making appointments only to be canceled on the day of. She did apologize but nothing was offered to make amends other than ANOTHER rescheduled appointment. Needless to say, I will not be attempting to get services from this business anymore which is a shame because it looked like a nice place. Also, sidetone but its extremely dissatisfying that they don't have a website or a clear indication of what services are provided or the price without calling...
