Soap City Car Wash provides a thorough and very soapy wash, with a pre-wash spray down and a towel dry. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with attendants who take pride in their work and will take extra time to spray a car clean. The service is reasonably priced and the location is relatively easy to get into. Many customers find it to be a good car wash, about as good as they have ever been to, and return multiple times. However, experiences with customer service and respect for property can vary. Some attendants may rush the pre-spray or show attitude when asked for extra spraying on the back of vehicles, which often does not come clean otherwise. The final towel dry can sometimes be incomplete, missing the lower parts of the car, and may occasionally leave a nasty oily residue on windows. There have been instances where staff showed disrespect for customer property. While generally good, some note that for the price, they expect a machine that also washes the bottom of the vehicle to remove salt.
