Wife went up to use the restroom....Guy last night didn't want to clean the restrooms, so HE CLOSED THEM FOR THE NIGHT. Not stopping here again until this loser is gone.

They stole rewards points from me multiple times by "mistakenly" placing my paid for amount on an incorrect pump and having to void the transaction, robbing me of redeeming increased rewards discounts. Despicable company. Blatant violation of Trust.

Absolutely horrible young black lady at register on 6/14/22 around 8pm. SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. Mouthing off, so rude and short with costumers, snapped at people and demanding. Mouthed off to another poor man and he asked please stop and be nice and she mouthed off more. I went back to my car and literally cried cuz of how rude this young black lady was but assistant Manger there was SO nice and helpful when black girl basically refused to help me. She also was extremely rude to an older gentleman that tried to explain his chip on card hasn't been working and she demanded he just wipe it off and insert it and he politely said to not talk to him that way and she argued back telling him he was in wrong when the poor man didn't do anything wrong. Also refused to then help me when I had issue and pushed me out of line and told me to wait for the assistance manager who actually was super sweet and helped me. Please talk to this young black lady about mangers or punishment work related or retrained PLEASE. Everyone had bad days I get it but you never take it out like that on customers who are not even being rude in first place. So unprofessional.
