The store associate was thorough and knowledgeable about the products in the store and was a great help! He knew exactly what I needed and what to do so deal with this O’Reilly’s due to knowledgeable and great associates!

1st off it’s a holiday! Brad and Chris both showed up to work today. Thank God this store was open. I needed my break light replaced and both gentlemen helped me out. Chris helped me install my break light out of the kindness of his heart! It’s great people like this that we need more of.

Called on Sunday about spark plugs. They didn't have enough of the ones I needed, but told me they would be there by noon. I told them that I would pick them up Monday on the way out. Got there before 2 oclock,and they didn't have them. Was then told that they would be there by 3. Went back at 5 o'clock, and still didn't have them. I had to wait obout 35 minutes to get what I was told would be ready for pickup 29 hours earlier. The person who was supposed to take care of it was very rude and disrespectful. It's a shame how that store is run. Never had a problem with other Oriellys.

I always have a pleasant experience at the O’Reilly store on Navarre. Today I had an issue installing my brake light. I stopped by this particular store to ask for assistance with it. Without any hesitation, Corey came to look at it, grabbed a tool and quickly installed the light bulb with no problems. He even took the time to make sure it worked properly before I left! That’s what great service is all about! Thank you so much Corey and thanks to all the other staff I’ve encountered on my many visits! Blessings to you all!!

The power lift system stopped working on a new to us travel trailer. It work when we bought the trailer and hooked it up at the seller’s location. After testing the battery and finding out it was good, went the the fuses. Two the three fuses were blown. I went to O’Reilly’s in Oregon, Ohio and bought a pack of fuses. As soon as I put the 30 amp fuse in, the fuse blew. Went back to O’Reilly’s with pictures and the wiring diagram. Eric at O’Reilly’s took one look and said whoever, put the battery in wire I’d backwards (was not me, it was the seller). I went home switched the positive and negative wiring, replaced the fuse and it works perfectly. I now even have inside trailer lights that work off of the battery. Thanks Eric!!!!
