I didn't find this place as helpful as other places, they didn't have a big selection of stuff compared to other places, all though they helped me everyone was looking at me like I didn't belong behind the counter kind of like I wasn't one of the good ole boys so to speak like they had standing behind the counter watching everyone. I won't be back and stick to what I always shop with

The guy couldn't even figure out the part that I was looking for he said he never even heard of it...If you don't know anything about cars or know how to even Google search a part, then I don't think you should even be working at the parts store.

Great customer service! They didn't have the part I needed, but went out of their way to make several phone calls and found it for me at a dealership. I so appreciate the effort in helping me solve that dilemma and got it fixed that day!

Amazing service! Today we ran into some issues with an Inverter in our van. We found thru the Forrest Napa network this store had what we needed. We arrived as we headed cross country. They had the new inverter ready, got us additio al parts and on our way. 100% satisfied
