I have been going to this Kroger for 20+ years.
It is very disappointing how it went down hill.
The customer service has really depleted in the past decade
Tonight, I walked in at 9:40 pm and bought several items and took longer then usually.
They have been moving items around for the last 4 months because of remodeling. So they say. It looks like a store closing.
I was checking out at 10:02 pm and they only had 1 self check out register...
With 6 carts behind me.
I made a remark, "why only one self checkout?" Slightly after that, an off the clock employee chipped in "well we are close at ten!" That employee was one person in front of us in the only self checkout lane.. still wearing her name tag "kate." She struggled to use self checkout.
What customer service, kroger! It would be nice to ask a couple questions to your employees and not get a disappointing/careless response!
Oregon Ohio deserves better grocery store.

Stopped here for a few items while visiting the area mid afternoon on a weekday. Would not go here again. Store has congested parking. Dimly lit (warm led lighting) employees and customers seemed unfriendly. Other grocery stores in the area much nicer to shop at.

Excellent selection of everything, including spirits. The olives & foam soap we usually get were each $1 higher, but the bread and milk were $1 - $2 cheaper.

Their getting bad about NOT keeping stocked up on certain products. Never used to be that way. Not so happy about shopping there anymore.. Shopped there for over 30yrs...?

Since they have shut down the Woodville Road store, the Kroger‘s on Navarre is Over shopped, they can never keep sale items in stock. This exact problem is why I have not shopped Meijers in 7 years. I bet if I want across the river to point place Or Perrysburg they would have everything in stock I guess I’ll stick with Costco or Sam’s Club.

This store has gone so far down hill it's sad. Why does Kroger always do this? The new gates in front of the doors look terrible. Your new self checkouts are set up so poorly. The meat is low quality yet expensive. It's just awful here now. The one in Point Place feels more natural and down to earth.
2024 update: What ever happened to Kroger's make it right philosophy? You go up to a register and there's a 20 cent difference and the cashiers making minimum wage argue with you. This place bloooows. Go to Suder Ave. Or the Rossford/Perrysburg Kroger. They need to close this and put something else in.

Pretty decent Kroger's, nicely stocked. Better than some other unorthodox grocery stores I've been to.

Clean, well stocked store. We only needed a few items and this store was jam-packed but we got in and out in a few minutes. Great produce department - full with a very fresh presentation. We like this store; we'll be back.

Prices keep going up and service keeps going down.Hardly ever get my complete pick up order. They are always out of one item or more.
