Went in to open another checking account, AS WELL as replace 2 current checking accounts I have. (I had automatic payments linked to them that were too confusing to figure out). Instead of listening to me, she tried to "find the problem". Couldn't, and instead of doing what I asked, just opened the extra checking I requested, and ignored the "replacing the other 2" part of why I came in.

Opened business checking account for husbands new business asked them to do an extra verification on a $2000 check deposit for a job and account was closed. I was able to get money out in cash all but $2000 which I still am unsure if it’s a good check. Was given run around lost time off work from my job, as well as the time it took opening account they will drain your account. Have to switch auto pays for business insurance. husband and son have personal accounts here for years. Banks are a necessary evil but I recommend you put your money somewhere else that doesn’t close your account when your doing your due diligence

Tammy/Tamra is the best!!!! I love her!!! She helped me open up my very first credit card and we talked about the different credit cards and everything about credit like interest rates, and cash back. I knew nothing at all about credit cards or opening one up. I literally could cry she was so nice, patient, accepting and helpful! I felt so welcome and she never seemed stressed or frustrated answering my questions for like 20 or 30 minutes. I love her!! She deserves a raise or promotion!!

Awful customer service. ATM is consistently out of service. I called to ask why and if they would refund me for having to use another atm at a cost. I was told no. When I asked why the ATM was always down the person on the phone said they didn’t know because they don’t work on ATMs.

Never had an issue. Have banked here for years. Always greeted with smiles and professionalism soon as you walk in the door. I would recommend this bank compared to others in the Oregon area any day.

This bank is the absolute worst branch I've ever been to!! I am in awe at how rude they are to their own customers especially Mandie!! She's horrible to my family and I. Not only was she nasty to us but then she felt the need to laugh and be sarcastic to me about my concern with how I wad treated. TRUST ME GUYS... GO TO GENOA IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH ANY DECENCY!!

We went through the Huntington Bank with my puppy and daughter in the front seat, the lady smiled and us and sent the tube back to us with the stuff I needed and we got 2 suckers and a treat for our puppy!

At 9:26 pm on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, I attempted to deposit $1800 (all in $100 bills) through the ATM machine. The machine repeatedly said "unable to read bills". Very slowly and with multiple attempts, I reached a point where $1500 had been accepted. Then suddenly, the machine just stopped. It then ejected a notice from the receipt slot that stated, "We encountered a problem returning your cash. Please contact your financial institution". I was panicked! I ended up needing to take off work for the next day to deal with the situation. The bank teller stated Huntington "does not service" their own ATMs. She further went on to say that the company that does the servicing only comes on Tuesdays and Fridays. She took my information and said she would file a dispute, with a request that I be allowed advance access to the funds. I was told the process would take 24-48 hours (despite the fact that I NEEDED the funds to pay bills AND I had lost money by taking the day off work). NOW, MORE THAN 48 HOURS LATER, THE BANK STILL HAS MY $1500 AND I AM NO CLOSER TO A RESOLUTION THAN I WAS ON TUESDAY! This is a completely shoddy way to conduct business. If I were to take $1500 of someone else's money, IT WOULD BE CALLED THEFT.

I'm never going back. Opened a few accounts here to pay for a house. Setting things up was easy, so I was encouraged. When time came to actually use the accounts, there was no communication. I emailed them that day and said I'd be in to wire money to the title agency. They never responded and when I got there, they said that it would take a day to transfer money between accounts that were at the SAME bank. They set up the transfer, but by then it was after 4:00 and they were unable to wire money to the title agency, something else they never told me. After all that, they neglected to tell me that there's a fee to wire money, so I actually didn't have enough money in my account to cover the wire. I had to leave work the next day and make a $25 deposit to cover the cost of the wire so they would process it.

I am a customer of this bank and I DO NOT recommend them to ANYONE! I was the victim of a scam. They offered me NO answers, they offered me NO assistance, they gave me NO compassion AND they have been passing the buck between my bank and customer service for a week now!! I am being treated like the criminal by a bank that I trusted with MY money and livelihood! The supervisor, Steve C from Flint was terribly rude, the bank managers and tellers look at me with contempt and ALL I am trying to do is FIX MY ACCOUNT!! Stay away from this bank if you want to keep your dignity!!

Wanted to cash check that was a Huntington check went to drive thru with drivers license and they couldn't because I didn't have an account there. The. The said maybe I would have to go inside with another form of ID.....
