“Heard the store was under new ownership so I stopped in on 7-25-2024 to pick up some Stihl Service Kits because Janny’s did not have what I needed in stock. Until yesterday I had not been back to the store in approximately three years because they did not offer a military discount.
Nice Stihl display. I was easily able to browse for and locate the three service kits I need without an attendant. Plus the kits were each $1.00 cheaper than Janny’s.
Cashier was great, not only did she thanked me for my time in service she also asked me about it and even asked if I missed it. Thank you.

“I love this store they have everything from boots to dog food tools to safes literally pretty much everything you need dog shots jerky you name it you got it helpful staff they are knowledgeable and willing to help you get/find what you need to get the job done also they sell bulk mulch top soil and stil saws and Xmark mowers milwaukee tools everything”
“My garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. I wasn't able to get my car out of the garage for a doctor appointment. I called around and most places said, it would be a few days before they could do a service call. I called Northwood Door, and they arrived in less than two hours. The repair was made in about an hour. Great company to do business with! I'll call them again when I replace my doors.”

What made my year was the cashier checking me out when i was leaving. He noticed my FRANK ZAPPA shirt, and said he liked him and told me a few albums he had. Not a lot of people know who Frank Zappa is. And my bathtub is still plugged! But im ok with that. Sort of.

“I have worked on a lot of cars, mobile homes, trucks, and welding. And 99% of my tools all came from here. Apart from some wrenches breaking I haven't had any issues. They've always taken my returns (within reason), and most of the tools have a lifetime with them. These tools pay for themselves. Definitely doesn't deserve all the hate”

The only minor issue I have is that sometimes it's hard to find a person to help you. But when you do they know exactly what you need.”

“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”

He's awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't feed you a line of crap. The others back there a really friendly too. Good customer service is really hard to find these days, but Art is a pro!
