The manager and his assistant was very rude, unsympathetic and inconsiderate when I along with my young son we're trying to get help with a purchase. The way we are treated I will never be going back there again. Very unprofessional. I should have known better when they treated another customer before us in a heartless manner that we shouldn't expect anything close to a professional manner.

This place is a gem. I usually get great customer service because most of the time, the staff is kind, helpful, and informative. I am so happy this store did not go out of business. They usually sell all the newest games and some older games as well. They have decent prices and sell a lot of different games and accessories. Great place to find gifts for gamers of all ages.

Will never go to this store ever again I went into here I got the last copy for dead island 2 on PS5 I get it home and it keeps crashing every 5 mins I call and say hey I want my money or exchange but I got the last copy he say I can order u one online and you gotta wait 2 days he say cause I opened it I can't get my money back but the receipt says if the item is defective you can get a even exchange or your money back but really how am I supposed to no if the item is defective or not if I don't open very unprofessional

I bought $15 protection on my Xbox remote incase it broke. It was good for 1 year from purchase. The bald white guy told me no I can’t take this because it’s company policy. It was just me and him in there. I said what I bought the protection. He said well it looks a little damaged, we don’t replace physical damage. Well you do when I pay for the protection. He said it’s not my policy it’s the company’s. I said you are the company, your choosing not to replace this. Then I went to the one on Alexis and got a brand new red remote with my protection plan with no issues. So don’t buy any protection plan from that guy.

So my gf just went and bought a controller from you guys not long ago and both analogs have drag and the mic port is completely broken! I will be showing up at some point and I will be getting her money back or a new controller there are no other options unless people want broken fingers completely unprofessional of this business to sell garbage like that! My behavior when I show up may be unprofessional as well but idgaf not about to get over on me

Sales associates/managers are rude as hell especially when youre on the phone needing information. I was trying to figure out why a game was NOT included in the case that i bought for a christmas gift and the associate said that they wanted to help me, but were apparently the only one working and they had too many customers in the store to help me. They also claimed that they need to "take time to research" my particular game to figure it out. Now im out $100 since the game was opened and cant be returned. Really really unprofessional. If you're that slammed ESPECIALLY for the holidays you should call in more associates. Plus you should know your information to help others since it's within the job description. Work on your customer service.

It was my first time visiting the GameStop in Oregon and I just want to say Frank help me out with so much information he was so helpful I appreciate it if corporate see this give this guy a raise and I think his manager was there too and he was helpful and so friendly I would recommend this GameStop to anybody

Sales associate was extremely rude. I won't be going back there again. If you know that you are normally busy try having more than 1 horrible associate.

Bought a used Xbox 1X.. took it home, hooked it up. No audio control from system. Took it back and swapped it out same day no questions. Great place! Nice people!

Got everything taken care of with my replacement game with no problems. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get too in Oregon.
