They listened to me and didn't try to upsell me. I wanted what I wanted and that was it. I told them if they made the numbers work they had a sale and a loyal customer.

I Will never use Dunn ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone else too! I was in a accident and the Dunn service department, did the estimate and repairs. The body of my vehicle was obviously damaged so thats what they mostly noticed. I had explained to them that my breaks are acting weird and I'm not stopping as I was before, they sent me on my way and said no it has nothing to do with the accident, sorry! Scheduled for me to come back and drop off the following week for repairs, fast forward like two days later, I call the insurance that the claim is with and explained that something is wrong I'm not stopping and I feel it pulling. They said call Dunn see if you can bring it back in to them to look at AGAIN, so I take it back to Dunn, I won't say names... but a guy comes out hooks up a tester to it and took it for a drive IN THE BACK PARKING LOT, and said it's fine its stopping fine and the one tire needs a little air, no big deal!! Watched me load my three kids up in the death trap and sent me on my way AGAIN!! Called the ins company asked if i could get it looked someplace else, they said NO, they already accepted the estimate, one day later I'm driving on rt 20, and breaks went completely out and almost crashed.. not just a little crash but a major crash!!! Went straight back home called the called insurance company and said something needs to be done, I'm going to die in the car, it has no breaks!!! So finally they get me a rental. Fast forward, we drop the car off at Dunn after hours, leave a note on the slip that the breaks DO NOT WORK!! Dunn calls me a few days later, and my car is done... I ask them did you guys fix the breaks? They said oh we need to approve that from insurance, it's not in the estimate. So ins ends up approving it a Dunn "CHECKS"
it over and does diagnostic test and all is well, come get you car!! Insurance is done paying for rental.. So I go get it, and what do you know... no breaks. I take my car straight to Rouen they take 20 seconds.. 20 seconds and look at my car and are completely in shock, not even having to put it on a tester yet,they knew break booster was blown.. Insurance gets me a rental again, because yes it's STILL A DEATH TRAP! Let's fast forward one more time!!! After someone actually cared about my concerns and looked into it, it has been determined due to all the damage the car i
has it is a total loss!! AND YES ITS CAUSED FROM THE ACCIDENT!! That was Dunns famous words..NOT FROM THE ACCIDENT!! Job well done to Dunns for the body repair it looked nice from that I could tell. I give credit when it's due! So incredibly disappointing!!! Dunn you should listen to your customers, even if they are women.. they know their vehicles... especially a busy mom that pretty much lives in it!!! Thank God this mistake wasn't worse and I pushed!!

Thank you doesn't even begin to say how grateful I am for this dealership. I got a flat tire on the turnpike with my sister and daughter in the car, I called Dunn Chevy they were able to get me in right away. We were traveling back to Cleveland and needed a tire patch asap to make it back. Our service advisor Tim Whitaker was incredible and so caring about the situation. Not only did they take care of my car, but they even took me in a courtesy car to get lunch at McDonald's because we were hungry. Thank you so much again, everyone at this dealership was incredible and I'm so happy to have had such a great experience during a very stressful time.

I was looking for a used subcompact SUV. My husband called and Tim told him he had 2 Chevy Trailblazers. We drive them and liked them both. I chose the beautiful blue Trailblazer. Tim was so knowledgeable and nice. It was my best car-buying experience, in fact, it was the only enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had.

I have never had an issue with the service department here until today! The lack of customer service was very unacceptable from both Mason and Gavin the service advisors. Waited well over 2 hours for a vehicle to get a tire changed, and no one even apologized at all for the wait until I questioned why it was taking so long for the vehicle to get done and then put the blame on their technician. Communication was very minimal when checking my vehicle in and throughout the entire process as if no one cared as to why I was there and have chosen their service department all these years. The comments of we didn’t have to do this work for you are very unprofessional from their service department. Do not take your vehicle here for service as they do not seem to care for their customers!!

Every single time I pull in, there is a smile on my face because the service is always on point and they take all the time they can to help you feel safe and secure in your car. Bought my car here, would not take it anywhere else but here at Dunn Chevy!

Why can't people do there job. Payed for oil change and tire rotation. But only got the oil changed. I pulled left front valve stem cover as a mark to make sure. Nope they put a new cover on it but never rotated. Charged for a incomplete job. Never again!
