Nothing but a bunch of scam artists, taking advantage of people who don't know any better. They over charge to replace parts that don't even needed it. I will take my car to the worst, run-down, back alley, chop shop before I ever spend another dime with these crooks. I hope they all rot in hell.

this dealership did horrible work on my 2001 Dodge Ram. They repaired it after an accident the door does not close and also none of the body panels are lined up the owner of this company has went over the top to make sure that is as hard as possible for us to get the vehicle fixed the right way. We just want our vehicle fixed we do not trust this dealership that you would because the work was so bad and they are very hard to work with when it comes to this. If anybody has any questions feel free to inbox me for pictures and phone conversation. Do not spend your money at this dealership to get your vehicle repaired

Worst dealership I have ever been to. Bought a new 2021 Silverado which ended up needing a new cv joint. Took truck to dealership and they were very rude. Picked up truck and didn't even make it home. Tire fell off dealer forgot to tighten lug nuts Dealership at least called me a tow truck but never got back to me or apologized Will never go back

Traveling down the highway on a FRIDAY afternoon and had an urgent service message come up on our Duramax. Not only was Dunn the only dealership within an hour’s range that would see us, Tim and the service department went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were from out of state and had a one year old, puppy, and a travel trailer with us. I would 100% recommend this dealership and it’s service department.

I literally will never buy another car from Dunn a Chevy simply to avoid the service department. This is truly terrible service and the communication is the worst. No one communicates with anyone so you are just sent to one desk to another. I had an appointment and two people were too busy to help me upon arrival. I had told THREE people about the extended warranty and when I went to pay, I was told she didn’t know anything about it. So I’m waiting again. Then I was asked to leave the cashiers office because there were too many people so the cashier could order her lunch. This isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience. But my half hour appointment is now turning into two hours. We won’t be back.

I had my car at the body shop a few weeks ago. They did a great job fixing my door. The ladies that work in the front had great customer service. Explained how everything would go step by step. My car was ready on time!! Great job!

Their service department is awesome! Want to send a quick Thank you to Phil and all the guys and gals in the service department for being so nice and taking care of me when I had to bring my car in to be serviced, more times than I wanted to. The girls in service always hooked me up with such nice, not to mention, brand new vehicles for my loaners. Dunn Chevy is the Best!!

Buyer beware !!!! A 120 point inspection is only a visual inspection!!!! Bought a auto from Dunn end of September, paid 128 $ twice for diagnostic test to only find out the car needs a transmission.... absolutely horrible experience...next step!!!!!!! Report to BBB and attorney General
