Washed like 4 comforters in the magnum all at once was awesome. The man who was on duty (Howard) was the most helpful customer service person I’ve ever experienced. He guided me through using the app to apply money to washers dryers helped me load and unload and showed me where to put detergent. I would’ve been in there twice as long without him. I’d say this is the place to go in east Toledo Oregon area. Would be nice to have automatic door though a lil difficult bringing in clothing/baskets etc while holding door open yourself.

The gentleman who runs this place does a fantastic job. He is friendly personable and really knows his stuff. The establishment is always so clean and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his establishment. I would definitely recommend this place for washing or dry cleaning needs

I was rushed to put my laundry in by rhe employee and wasnt able to do it all. I got it all started by 845 but as i was loading the last washer my son was started the others she told me i couldnt do the last load

I had a large amount of laundry to do, so when I went in I staked out 3 washers by putting my baskets in front of them. I was in the process of loading the second machine when the attendant came by and asked me if I could move the third basket just a bit. So of course I did. She then proceeded to load the machine I clearly intended to use, with her own clothes. I said I had intended to use that machine, and could she please move down to another washer. She said there aren't any more. I asked if she was just going to take the machine I clearly intended to use. Her reply was "It's first first come first serve." I said I was here first and her reply was that I had moved my basket! I was dumbfounded. Just to be ultra clear, this woman works there. I will never go back. They don't deserve my patronage.

My favorite laundry mat! Always clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful if asked. Great rewards program also! Highly recommend this place! Laundry drop off as well!!!
