Went in 12-26-23. Got the iPhone 15 and Devon who works there got me right handled the switch over for me with 0 hassle on my end. Dude was hella friendly also. Would recommend to going there then any other cricket store just for the service! Satisfied is an understatement!

Poor customer service! The lady can't even Compromise and negotiate what so ever to keep a long term customer happy thinking about leaving cricket for a different service. I would not recommend this store to anyone! Stuff never works and all she can say is it's how the stuff is hooked up so don't get a headset from there!

Poor service anymore internet is trash pay for the highest plan and it sucks keep buying the newest phones just for them to suck wasting money all the time I'm done with them plus the dude in Oregon always trying get over on someone just don't been with cricket sense Chris opened on Lewis now I'm just feed up with it always says reached data limit and runs so slow but just paid the bill a few days ago and much more.
