Always friendly, the bank visits are fast and smooth, they will address all your issues and make you feel as comfortable as a bank can do so to speak. The app is great and easy to use. Over all I'm happy with chase and this is coming from a guy who doesn't trust or like banks

The staff was excellent and accommodating and addressed my questions.Highly recommended branch. Next time I would prefer to drive 15 miles instead of going to the nearest chase branch, where I had a frustrating experience.

We needed to do some unforeseen banking with Brittany at the Oregon branch. She knew exactly what to do. She was helpful, supportive and efficient. She was very friendly and made us feel welcome and important. She was protective of our finances and privacy. We appreciate the special care she took! Thank you!!!
