“I have an injured hand and wearing a cast. Lost feeling in two fingers due to nerve damage. D’Onofrio’s is the only store that cared. At the check out they unloaded my cart for me, then took my groceries out to my car and unloaded them. Thank you D’Onofrio’s for caring.”

“Of all 4 dollar generals in the area, this one is usually the most open. Be prepared for the place to be randomly closed when you stop by. Love the staff and the convenience when it's not closed.Saw some idiot give 1 star because they didn't kick someone out during the lockdowns for not wearing a mask, so I'm gonna add an extra star.”

“I stop here every morning before work. I LOVE the greeting I get each and EVERYTIME I walk in the door! Every morning I am greeted with a hello, and then I am told to have a great day. Staff is very friendly and kind and it is so nice to have someone treat you that way first thing in the morning I would never go anywhere else best convenient store and service in the area and I cannot forget the chicken and JoJos it is the absolute best always fresh and taste amazing ??????????”
“While the prices may be a little high they have a vary wide variety of items and over the past couple years the costumer service has gotten better to they point where people are on first name basis and talking with the costumer about their families and their jobs etc it feels like a very warm place and there hot food is very good I only give it four stars because of the prices.”

“Food was ready to order no waiting so that was nice an easy! I got chicken tenders w/ Jojo's they were lil over cooked but still good. Also got 2 thighs ,leg nd Jojos the chicken was really tasty. I'd def go back they had many meal deals worth trying plus they fellas who worked there were friendly overall nice quick place to grab food on the go instead of regular old fast food places”

“Dolla Dolla Bill Ya'll! ??? It's nice because they are so close to my home and they have some form of nearly everything. They're like an old general store. Soon, there will be one close to everyone's home. YAY RIGHT! I love their stores, their like convenience stores or corner markets, just no alcohol or tobacco. Actually, my DG sells a very limited selection of tobacco products. Alcohol someday soon, maybe ? I mainly go to my DG for a last-minute emergency item. Like a quick snack or cat food. Ya know, emergency items.”

“Got to be honest, was always a little concerned about this place as it totally seems a little sketch since it looks like a shell gas station with the color scheme, but its not. First time I walked in, I was told that there was one more hot mac n cheese left and if I wanted it I better buy it quick. I declined, as I was only after some milk for that trip. Since then, I've tried the food, and I've bought some various items including a couple bundles of firewood, all at a very reasonable price. I am very pleased with this place and am surprised every time I go in with something new and convenient that they have. This is really a great place!”
“Great store! Friendly cashier! Only problem is them keeping shelves stocked. I have noticed this seems to be an issue with MOST DOLLAR GENERAL STORES! I shop at several in the Pittsburgh area. They are all good stores with many selections available, and staff is usually friendly. The problem with all of them are keeping shelves stocked. I'm sure it is from lack of staff. They all have "help wanted" signs or "hiring" posted.”
