Walked in to combine husband and wife's Verizon account into one account and upgrade phones. After 1 hour of waiting, the employee came back with our "deal" which added $150 over the base Ultimate package (so $300 per month). He had added a ton of extras we never asked for and to remove each one took another 10 minutes. Finally we gave up and left with no phones and no account combination. Ten minutes after entering the Apple Store up the street, we left with two new iPhones and the account combined. Why can't a Verizon store do this???

The salesperson was very helpful but when I tried to call the store directly it was impossible! You have to literally go there if you have a question regarding a quote. I ended up at the Apple Store

The sales reps at the Pinecrest location are deceitful. I have a business account and 2 of us on the account needed new phones. We were told if we added another line to our account we would lower our monthly fees. We questioned this and were assured that there is no cost to adding another line and that it would save us money. When I finally saw my bill I found a $40 monthly charge for this line. When I called to complain the supervisor told me that not only were they charging me a monthly fee, but in addition they were charging me for another Iphone which I did not order or receive. I was also told I was entitled to a promotion of 50% off of a new apple watch, later to find out they were charging me full price for the watch plus a fee for service. They are liars! I plan to change my phone service to a more reputable company.

Horrible customer service at the Pinecrest location if you arrive after 6pm with no customers in the store if you don't have an appointment. They will turn you away and watch the clock until 7 until it's time for them to leave. They have no sign on the door to say that you have to make an appointment after 6pm. Horrible policy for working people and absolutely no consideration. I asked for the manager. He gave me a supposed store Manager named Sarah H. who was absolutely no help either and probably a fake friend because it took him way too long when I asked for his manager information. All the time he took he could have fixed my phone and he didn't have an email address for her. Come on I pay way to much money for this crappy service which is something they used to pride themselves on.

We arrived for a 6pm appointment we made three weeks ago only to find the door locked and the manager on duty said they were closed for an "undisclosed reason". There were four customers in there with the door locked. we had planned to bring our daughter there for her first phone on her birthday. why didn't we receive a text that they were closing instead of a confirmation that our appointment was still on? We drove 10 miles for this. Totally unacceptable and the worst customer service. 20 year business clients that will never use this store again.

I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store at the Pine Crest Mall location in Orange Village, OH. I have tried to contact corporate ten times within two days and to no avail. No one answers the phone at any of the corporate numbers. The customer service is reprehensible. Eric, the manager, was rude and disrespectful. He proceeded to talk over me while I was trying to explain my cell phone issue. Customers were not wearing masks which is against Verizon store policy. That is just part of my horrible experience. I am trying to find a valid corporate customer service phone number and email to send my two page letter to regarding my terrible experience. The customer service is reprehensible. I am trying to find a valid corporate customer service phone number and email to send my two page letter to regarding my terrible experience. I just saw other complaints about Verizon. When are these issues addressed? What is the valid corporate phone number? How can you get help?

Worst customer service. The salesman James did absolutely bare minimum to help out. After about two hours of trying to activate a phone, he gave up and said "I did everything I can, can't help anymore" and sent me away without a working phone. Never would go there again because of this one individual salesman who shouldn't even work in customer service

Worst location! Go to Apple! Verizon's customer service is horrible. Everyone promises you pricing that isn't accurate! Don't waste your time or aggravation here!

There's no way that this store & the Mayfield Heights store are the same company. Tierra was wonderful. She listened without cutting me off. She couldn't solve my problem but got her manager in no time flat who also couldn't help. However she was able to get someone from corporate on the phone with me in minutes. Unfortunately, that guy kept talking over me also but finally put his supervisor, Curtis, on the phone who stopped talking & listened & said oh you're right there shouldn't be a downpayment on anything that's free. Thank you Tiera & Curtis for solving my problem. I hope you both get raises, promotions or at least acknowledged for retaining a 13 year customer. Guess I spoke too soon. Curtis was supposed to call at 4:30 to complete the correction, it's 5:06 & no Curtis. We'll see what next months phone bill looks like.

If I could rate 0, I would. Horrible customer service. The sales rep was so rude and treated me like I was an idiot. When I informed him that he was rude, he got loud with me asking how he was rude to me. He refused to look at my phone to give me a trade-in price and told me to go to Apple. Considering leaving Verizon after 10 years due to this experience!

Long time business account, close to 20 years. This last time upgrading will probably be the end of using Verizon. This store lost nearly 600 pictures in the transfer from my old phone to the new one. Total NEGLIGENCE !!!!!

A thank you and shout out to Mr. Dan K (sorry, I lost his business card but his last name begins with a K). I had recently bought sim cards for the phones of visiting family. The cards were purchased at a Verizon store near my home in Washington DC. After checking the IMEI numbers to make sure the sim cards and my family's phones were compatible when I purchased them in Washington, I brought them to Cleveland where I was meeting my visiting family. We decided to take the sim cards and phones to the closest Verizon store so we non-techies could get help in installing the cards properly. Mr. Dan K. discovered that none of the sim cards would work in the various iPhone and Samsungs belonging to my family members and spent a good half hour or more testing the cards and phones, calling Verizon staffers customer service lines to discuss the problem, and trying to find a resolution to the issue. His patience, care for the customer, and knowledge about the products and procedures was outstanding.

Worst Verizon branch. I've never seen such customer service. They associates will never follow up with you even if they will promise.
