Fantastic customer service. 9 out of 10 times they answer right away. The people on the other end of the phone are very knowledgeable.

Called and was told wait on phone was 20 min. The local offices are closed. I couldn't wait on phone that long. Had to get questions answered elsewhere. May switchTo etrade.

Called and asked to wait at least 10 mins. I have some questions have to deal with with professional face toface. But no luck.
