“Heinen’s is one of the best local grocery stores you’ll ever find. Lots of locally sourced foods, lots of quality and wholesome ingredients, all at more affordable prices compared to the bigger chain stores. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and my kids enjoy getting a free cookie at the bakery! And the twinsburg Heinen’s is one of my top favorite Heinen’s to visit, because of how nice, cohesive, and organized the store is. May be weird it’s a reason I will never move away, but having a grocery store like Heinen’s close by is for sure a game changer!”

“This is our spot! My husband and I are there a minimum of twice a day each! The staff behind the counter are always friendly and good for a quick Convo. It's a tad pricey but I prefer paying more for good service. Always our first choice to stop.”

“The store is great overall. They have a nice selection of different food and household items.
My only minor complaint is that there are usually not enough registers open during peak times. I adjust the times I shop to avoid a crowd or long lines but around holidays and weekends, this cannot be avoided.
The staff is very nice and helpful.
Update: Found the first rude worker, Rashawna. Barely mumbled good morning to me, dropped my receipt on the ground, was focused on everything but checking me out. It takes years to get a customer and much less to lose them.”

“I like Aldi's, sometimes produce items are out of stock but if you stop back a couple days later it's restocked. But if there is a non-food item you like, buy it when you see it because it probably won't be there when you go back. Go in, grab a box (or bring your recycle bags), fill it up and check out. Simple as that.”

One complaint my friend and I both had was the price tags, many things weren't marked as all, and several other tags were misplaced under different items than the tags were priced for. When my friend approached a nearby employee and asked about a price for an item that this particular employee had just gotten done stocking. She just kept saying "it's right there. It's right there" and pointed in the general direction of the iiem he had asked about. This particular item was in the cooler, he finally found the marker... the tag was on the floor inside the cooler half under the rack”
“Shopped at the Produce Place today for some deli products and fruit. My hubby and I are so impressed by the outstanding quality and reasonable prices we paid! The strawberries, smoked turkey, and salami and brown sugar ham were much better quality-wise (just so very fresh and delicious) than Marc's or Aldi's, where we typically shop and the cost was less (there was a deli sale). Also, the staff at the deli and cashier were extremely courteous and helpful and friendly, which was a delight! They also have some amazingbakery products ... Amish products and imported products ...which we will definitely take advantage of next time we visit! So many other neat things we did not expect. Can't wait to visit again!”
“Good variety in breads. However all stores put out previously frozen bread with no warning so it needs refrozen or will mold quickly. Good produce, great cheeses etc love the chicken cranberry salad, convenient deli packages, limited meats. Like the selections in the frozen selections, Like the unusual items that they bring in. Love the buy out area and organic. If your Aldi's is not top condition report it to the Corp”
“A great place to get quality produce at great prices, as an alternative to regular supermarkets like Aldi or Walmart. (This is coming from me, a huge advocate of Aldi and Walmart prices)The layout is very customer friendly with spacious aisles and an amazing variety of uncommon items, brands, and product alternatives.Details:Parking is ok, just off of Mayfield. Staff are very friendly and helpful. But ofcourse the reason I shop here is for the quality product at amazing prices. (For me they rank number 2 in absolute shopping experience, as they offer some of the lowest prices and highest quality I've come across regarding produce, with an amazing relaxed non-crowded shopping environment).They are more than just produce as well, offering an impressive yet reasonable wine selection, and full variety grocery items.Because this hidden gem is not usually crowded, this makes it an amazing quick stop location that beats Aldi and Walmart on many (if not all) produce, and quite few other grocery items.Will definitely be worth multiple visits.”

“I'm giving this GFS five stars because the crew here does an amazing job. I've been shopping here for a long time. They are tremendously helpful. The store is new there are some real changes compared to the others, most of which I like quite a bit, but I have to say they have designed a new shopping cart that is terrible. It's only about 2 in deep and everything falls out of it. It's like I'm paying grocery Jenga. GFS if you're listening to these reviews, bring you back the normal shopping carts!”
