He detailed features, pointed out blemishes and was very open to work with. No pressure- just honest sales. We knew the price was very reasonable- having shopped a few weeks (and had some VERY bad experiences at other dealers). Dave was able to recognize our hesitancy and made for a simple, fun process. I spent more time on the phone adjusting my insurance, than I did working through the financing! All staff were courteous and friendly. The finances were made VERY clear and without surprises. No hidden fees or 'add-ons'. Everything is exactly what one would hope a sales experience would be.
