“Great customer service! They showed me exactly what I was working for and explained the difference in their boot brands and features! All while it looked like they were pretty busy. Gave me the breakdown on their house brand boots which I ended up getting! Definitely recommend this place ?”
“First time shopper and I will be back! Disappointed with selection and prices of other nearby shoe stores, I stopped in and found great deals and a huge selection of women's shoes. Easily found 2 pairs of name brand athletic shoes and some boots that were reduced. Loyalty program is offered as well at checkout.”
“We usually order online for home delivery. But, with one of our orders, it was delivered to this location. We picked up today, the shoes were the only ones left in my daughter's size, and they were... well, they looked worn. Like dirty worn. They offered to ship me a pair, but I'd have to get refunded, then be charged again. It is not ideal for this close to school starting. So, we brought them home and cleaned them up. It just sucks spending almost $100 for worn shoes. The pther shoe's we ordered are arriving next week. Overall, I'll opt out for in store pickups next time.Other than this, the store was packed but clean. The staff are very friendly and willing to help.”
