Sometimes there's a wait, but that's expected when the prices are 10-30 cents lower than most surrounding places.

Definitely cheaper if you have the time to wait. People who don't understand they are on the wrong side of the pump are somewhat of a problem, but it is at times 10 to 20 cents cheaper per gallon.
