We just visited the Men’s Wearhouse in Ontario, Ohio. The guy measured my husband when we walked in and then disappeared for the next 30 minutes. We had absolutely no help and ended up leaving and never saw him again. My husband had $1000 to spend for his job and we walked out spending $0. We went there about five years ago and had the best interaction and service. This place has really gone downhill. Very disappointed.

Orders were botched, cloths were wrinkled and when we voiced our concerns got kicked out of the store.

Everything started well but ended terribly. Most of the workers here are helpful and willing to work with you. That can not be said for the store manager. She is very rude and will pawn off any questions or concerns to another employee and will not stay involved in any sort of the experience. She will just sit at the computer or on her phone and give people looks. Me and multiple people from my wife’s and my family got fitted for tuxedos for my wedding. That portion went well and I got what I needed for the event. However, this is where things started to go bad. My father in law and father needed to have alterations to part of their outfit that didn’t come in properly. We were assured that the pieces would arrive the day of the event no later than 1030 which was acceptable, however when arriving to the store the manager said she had none of our items ready and did not know when fed ex would arrive. I asked if she could provide any information since it was getting to be close to the time we needed to leave for my wedding and she said that she didn’t have any idea and it could be any time throughout the day since she didn’t work for FedEx. As I walked out the door I saw that there was a note left by FedEx on the door saying there was no one there to accept the delivery. I confronted the manager and she said that it wasn’t her problem and she can’t control when they come and that she couldn’t do anything to help figure out the situation. Although I did become angry with the manager It was because I was treated with disrespect and contempt. I have been in retail management myself the past few years and could not imagine treating my customers the way I was treated at this establishment. I requested she called FedEx to get a wait time and she did not want to do that until I refused to leave the store until she was able to give me some sort of information regarding the problem. After leaving my father in law and grandmother had to return to the store and in turn show up late to the venue for the wedding.Tl;dr if you go to this men’s wearhouse be weary of the arrival time for items as they miss deliveries occasionally and do not interact with the manager, work with the other employees as they are much more helpful and kind.

I have seen the comment a few times, and it rings true. The staff acts like they do NOT want to help you and you are interrupting their day. They avoid any kind of interaction and give minimal help. We grabbed the bare minimum that we needed for that day, hit up Jos. Much further away and then set up our wedding group at a location elsewhere. Not sure what's happening here but the culture of no customer service is not great.

Walked in specifically told the person working that I needed a suit for a funeral in 5 days and would need it tailored. The said it would be 3 weeks to get anything back and he directed me all of the pastel suits with arrogance.

Expected a little bit more of a measured suit. Didn't get that. Even initial measurements not good. Might as well go to Macy's or Penny's. Disappointing visit.

My first time shopping at Men's Warehouse in Mansfield and I will absolutely be a returning customer. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my son's first prom would be perfect. We will definitely be back for his Senior prom and for the rest of the special occasions in our lives.

Went in for a 6 clock appointment. No help. No one even came to find out if they're 6:00 appointment showed up. Waited around till 6:40 to finally get help. Told us where the color swatches were and walked away. zero help did not care about customer service will never go there again.

Polite but poor quality. They got my name (the groom) wrong and labeled me as the bride for some reason. Even after correcting them and I still get emails with my wife’s name on it even though she’s never done business with them. No idea how that happens. All my groomsmen received incorrectly measured articles of clothing, despite being measured. Some groomsmen had other groomsmen’s articles of clothing and vice versa. One groomsmen’s button down just didn’t have three of the bottom buttons at all. My pants were much too big and had to wear a belt (with no belt loops) and couldn’t tighten the pants either. I’m all for being polite and courteous especially to retail workers. But there was NO point in going to this particular MW because nobody had a good outfit.

We drove an hour to your Ontario, OH store to be fitted for my little brother's first prom. We stood 25 minutes, un greeted while your staff made us feel unimportant. They also ignored all other customers plus some customers waiting to check out.This store needs more training in customer service. I worked for a Men's Warehouse and we would have been written up for the way they treated the customers.Absolutely unacceptable.

Called the store and talked to a young lady that should not be in customer service. After 20 plus years of getting most my cloths and shoes from Men's Wearhouse I can honestly say I will never be back.

It has a limited and basic inventory. It is more of a suit or tuxedo rental type of store. It isn't a true men's store where you can find that must have item.

terrible customer service, rude staff, and they will reserve the most expensive stuff for you without your consent. Keeping quiet about the price till the order is done. Then they'll get frustrated with you when you want to change the order. never going back.

Live an hour away, after 5 total trips suit was finally ready, even after calling ahead to ensure suit would be ready and employees telling me that it was ready. The alterations were good and his suit fit really well. Be prepared, fitted for suit six weeks before son's wedding and it wasn't actually ready until 4 days before wedding. The day he was fitted the service was good then it went very down hill. Spent about $550. and was panicked that he wouldn't have it in time. The topper to the whole thing was when an employee told me the the last of the alterations would take less than 2 hours to do. At one time they even told my husband we would get some money back for the inconvenience, that didn't happen. 10 hours of driving with these gas prices left me a little sour. Will not be a return customer.

Absolutely terrible. They lost my groomsmen suit and said it will be delivered the day of the wedding. Lady I talked to was very rude and not helpful at all! 0% recommend!!!!
