Package said it was delivered and was not checked cameras around time of said delivery and no fedex truck even came down my street… even have a door tag with signature on it this is unacceptable. Hopefully none of my future packages come through FedEx fingers crossed for UPS

Very disappointed this FedEx delivery person would not get out of the left lane. I went to pass them. I have route to pass first. It was on his phone and decided to speed up and cut me off. Unacceptable really unbelievable I'm driving a 73 foot truck. the picture is taken after I had a chance to pass and had to hit my brakes suddenly because I always keep a shirt clear distance. This person needs to be reprimanded.

I'm hoping the right person sees this review because I haven't been able to catch my driver. I work from home and get a lot of deliveries. AMBER has been my driver lately and always makes sure to put the packages under the overhang of my garage so they are out of the elements (even though it's off the road a bit). Lately because of the holiday I've had a lot more packages and she has taken extra time to walk them inside the fence and up to the door. We have two dogs, and the other day my box had two bones on it. Im sure this time of year is rough and she is not cutting any corners. Thank you for being amazing.

I am so disappointed that if I could give a -10, I would. I was emailed saying my package was to be delivered on 12/6, between 9:45 am and 11:45. Didn't happen. Same day ,another email, package in transit, nothing yet. Same day, emailed to be delivered by the end of the day, whatever that means. Web says up til 8pm. 7pm, same day, still in transit for delivery. 7:59pm, email delayed to between 10:20 -2:20pm today 12-6. 8:59, emailed, due to dangerous weather delayed until 12-7, between 10:20am -2:20pm. Looked at weather for both counties, that are right next to each other, my county, cloudy otherwise no precipitation and clear roads. The county package coming from, cloudy, only 1% precipitation in the afternoon/ evening. If the roads were that impassable due to snow from earlier in the week, don't you think the driver should have given an update before the cut off time of 8pm. Just plan lazy if you ask me. Always wanting more money but getting lazier by the day. If you want better pay, give better service.

Not a choice company to work for, lazy management, delivery vans should be inspected by DOT annually poor ownership, treat driver like slaves underpaid and overworked, lied too from management and owners .

I hate your driver ,thanks for not stopping after I yelled at you to stop and turn around and come back to the house you then threw the box to the back of the truck and drove off as fast as you could no notice onThe door that you where here I don't even know what was supposed to be delivered so thanks for stopping next time leave ot In the delivery box on the porch like your supposed to fing idiot

Lazy delivery drivers. Constantly delivering my packages to neighbors houses. Even after contacting FedEx. It's not rocket science. You look at the address on the package and match it the house address. It's beyond laziness at this point. Drivers just don't care.

Applied for seasonal help; got hired. They changed my start time the day of and wrote me late. They are supposed to notify you via a phone app, but the app doesn't work. They never set up my direct deposit either, so I quit. Good job if you're desperate.

FedEx in general is okay but this place is a joke. I called to make sure they had my package the lady was super friendly on the phone I told her the time I would be there she said she would be waiting. I get there buzzed in as directed waited outside after being told they were getting my package for ten mins the lady walks out with my package then turns around walks back in for 5 more minutes then comes out finally to let me sign for it. There has to be a better method here.
