Great place for rest. Good breakfast too. I like they have Hot Coffee & Tea most of the day & night too! Friendly staff. Good housekeeping team. Pool ok. Make the time to rest, it not always easy for anyone.

We stayed for one night. The location was great to watch the eclipse. We were able to watched it from the hotel site. The staff were mostly polite and service oriented. The room was really bad!! We are member of Bonvoy and received an upgrade, but that was only the bed size. The room was not clean, it has a smell that impregnated in our clothes, the bed has that smell too. First, the bathroom didn’t have body wash, my husband went to the front desk and they gave him the bottle for him to install it on the base. I found a contact lens on the bathroom floor, we don’t wear them, the tub was a little backed up, the hairdryer just blowed cold air, and the bathroom door didn’t closed unless hardly push. The desk chair was in very bad conditions, the leather was very broken. My husband had to cover it with a towel to be able to seat and work there. Then the air conditioner/heating unit make a loud noise that didn't let us sleep all night, every time turned on and then lasted for a good amount of time. They offered complimentary breakfast but it was very limited. The excuse the employee gave us was that the truck did not delivered on Friday. We were there on Monday. Some of breakfast room seats has the same leather condition as the chair on the room. This place needs a renovation. We have stayed in many Marriotts Hotels and never had an experience like this one. Plus it was not cheap we pay double the price or more due to the special event happening which many places did. But since I have to paid more than usual, I also expect a good service and a good place to rest after a long day of travel. They had at least a year to prepare for this event. I won’t recommend this place!!! It doesn’t have the standards of a Marriott Hotel.

Wouldn't stay again - looks like nothing has been touched in over 10 years. The shampoo was watered down to save cost, the curtains were ripped and hanging, the shower curtain was ripped, and the office chair was so worn, the leather was missing. Old coil mattresses were tolerable, but also need replaced.

We will never stay at this hotel again!!! The beds were dirty and worn. The sheets and covers had holes and stains on them. The shower curtain had stains all on it. They were put of trash bags. To top it all off we found a bed bug on my son's jacket as we were leaving the hotel!!! Steer clear of this place!!! You can find way better!!! No stars from our family!!!!Rooms: Trashy and dirty has bed bugs

My girl was up here with her mom for a convention with her church and she had my candy that I ordered from her and some books that I needed.

Had a great stay here at the Fairfield Inn in Mansfield. There is one staff member that really made sure I was all set. He worked the afternoon shift I think his name was Jason. There was one thing I needed that wasn’t in the room and he made sure he brought it to me. I really appreciate the costumer service. Thank you Jason and Marriott!

This is hotel is absolutely garbage. Staff was friendly but the hotel was horrible. When I checked in to my room, they didn't have hand soap. The front desk brought me hand soap and when I went to shower there was no shower gel or bath soap. I was told they are low on supplies due to holidays but someone 3 months ago complained about the same thing. The mattress seems wored as it was too soft. I'm glad my stay is over, I would never stay here again. This hotel is a motel stay away.

The lady that does first shift at the desk either needs to retire or not be hospitality. She was extremely rude, rolling her eyes, and it was very obvious she did not want to be there.

My recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield Ontario was nothing short of a disappointment. As a Gold Elite member who frequently stays with Marriott, I've had both good and bad experiences, but this one was a far cry from what I expected. To start, upon checking in, I was informed that my reservation for a king room had been given away prior to my arrival. Instead, I was offered a double queen room. This was far from what I had anticipated for my wife and me, and I found this change to be unacceptable. Unfortunately, my options were limited, and I was left with no choice but to accept this downgrade. The real shock came when I entered the room. It was reminiscent of the lowest-budget hotels I have ever stayed in. While the room may have been technically "clean," it was evident that it had not received a proper cleaning in quite some time. The state of the room was appalling. The carpet was dirty, and the beds, while appearing clean at first glance, were incredibly dusty. Moreover, I found dryer debris all over one of the beds.In addition to the previously mentioned issues, my disappointment with the Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield Ontario continued to mount as I discovered more unsettling details about the room. To start, there was a dirty washcloth left hanging in the shower, an oversight that is not only unsanitary but also inexcusable for a hotel of this caliber.Furthermore, as if the room's condition wasn't bad enough, I noticed a Christmas tree air freshener placed in the air vent. This added an oddly out-of-season and tacky element to the already subpar atmosphere. It was a strange and questionable choice that further contributed to my dissatisfaction with experience.Overall, my experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield Ontario was incredibly unsatisfying. This stay did not meet the standard I have come to expect from Marriott Bonvoy. I would strongly discourage anyone from choosing this facility for their stay, and I certainly did not receive the level of quality and service that I have come to associate with the Marriott brand. This was a significant letdown, and I hope that the management takes these issues seriously to improve the overall guest experience in the future.Rooms: It was reminiscent of the lowest-budget hotels I have ever stayed in.
