The nicest people! They take such good care of my mom and I ;) my nails always are exactly what I want. Chloe did my nails this time and she went out of her way to do the French with the cherries instead of just one color because she could tell that’s really what I wanted. I just wasn’t sure if she had enough time, she didn’t hesitate to do it for me even though after me was her lunch break. She didn’t make me feel rushed, she took her time and did so good! 10/10 recommend.
Cleanliness: It’s a very clean, put together space. A very nice experience every-time!

My 12 year old daughter and I went to try this place out and when we arrived we said we wanted no gel and he insisted on us getting gel. I ended up getting gel and my daughter got the regular polish. He didn’t even bother asking me what shape I wanted and gave me square nails because I shown him a picture of the color I wanted. He messed up one of the nails on my daughters and tried blaming it on her even though she didn’t move her fingers at all, I was watching. Also, he told my daughter if she didn’t get gel they would fall off and she would go crying to mommy! They didn’t prep the cuticles and it all felt very rushed and the fact that he was constantly trying to upsale was just over all rude and inappropriate. We will never be back.

GOLD STARS FOR EVERY ASPECT of a professional nail salon!
I would give higher ratings if possible.
Staff- All of them were friendly, personable, kind and maintained their professional standards.
Mani-Pedi- Water temperature was perfect, cleanliness perfect, instruments were sanitized, new and disposable files and pumice stones were used. They constantly checked in to make sure pressures were good and nothing was painful. Ticklish? A bit, yes, not gonna lie!! ?
We think each person did a fantastic job for us.
The gentleman who gave the manicure/dip was also friendly and kind!
Accessible for wheelchair users- do give them a heads-up if you cannot transfer to the pedicure foot bath chairs so they can accommodate your needs individually. Floors are easy for rolling wheelchairs, and so is the restroom.

Came from Michigan to see my grandsons. We were a walk in so we had to wait a bit but it was worth it. Long was working with a customer and stopped to greet us to ask us what we were there for. Explained there would be a wait. Picked our colors, we were in and out within an hour. Staff was very friendly, personable, conversed during the process of getting our nails done. Their lotion smelled great, I would have purchased some but have to use up the bunch I have at home first. Would definitely come again when in Ohio if needed my nails done.

The people there were so nice and made my first manicure experience a good one. I got acrylics and the lady there did such a fantastic job! My nails were so awful when I came in, but they were all so nice about it and no one was rude or mean.(even the other customers were super friendly!) I would definitely reccommend this place even if it's your first time getting a manicure. The atmosphere was great, the prices were very reasonable, and the workers were friendly. Definitely plan on coming back in the future!

Great place!! Took such care with the details and shape of my nails. Very clean and organized as well. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to get acrylics done!! They are also very friendly. I have high anxiety, but the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Just moved here from out of town and needed a new spot to go to and they were able to squeeze me in and be very accommodating and love my designs their so nice friendly and fun to talk to!
