I called to ask a question and got disconnected but called back and the lady was rude as hell like wow im so sorry my questions bothered you i was gonna use the service but since your front desk is so rude im Definitely NOT using this service

These guys are great. My stepdaughter's battery died and they helped her out. We had waited 2 plus hours for service through AAA. C.G.I. just happened to drive by and helped her even though they were not the towing company that was supposed to be helping her. They were able to get her up and running and we cancelled AAA. Thanks so much for helping when you didn't have too.

We bought a bike this summer and we love this thing! Seriously, my husband looks at it like it's his girlfriend. He had a flat yesterday on his way home from work and I called CGI for help. From the moment the phone was answered, Chris was nothing less than helpful and compassionate. She was honest and went out of her way to let me know what different options I had since the dealership would be closed by the time the tow driver arrived! Driver showed up when expected, he seemed good spirited, knowledgeable, kind, and knew what he was doing. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I'm saving your number in my phone and we will be using you again and referring you, when asked. Thank you so much!

Rented a uhaul from this place today. Everyone was wonderful! They were even nice when I came back with a broken mirror! Thank God for insurance 😂 their customer service was on point. Will return my business when/if the time comes.

When I caled the secretary was so friendly and knowledgeable on what I needed to do they showed up exactly when they said thy would and I was back on the road.. I saved their number in my contacts because I feel I could depend on them 100%!
