“I LOVE Third Federal. They are a 'local' bank and, in my experience, they have treated their customers with fairness and dignity. When I bought my house over 30 years ago I got my mortgage with them. Over time, they have never sprung any surprise fees on us. Their online banking is, at least for me, easy to use.”

“I stay on the other side of town, but I was in the area one day so I stopped by and I had a good experience. All of the branch staff have been very approachable, polite and friendly. Than I met Leslie which is the main reason I return. She is absolutely amazing! Not only is she really sweet but she is also knowledgeable so I felt very comfortable with her right away. I was unfamiliar with a lot of the different services the bank has to offer, so anything new made me unsure. But Leslie was a good listener, she talked me through it, answered all my questions and/or concerns and gave me time to make sure I was completely confident before making any decisions which I appreciated. “I was looking for a bank to use for a small business I will be starting . As soon as I walked in I knew I wanted to bank here. Everyone is so nice and willing to help . Does not matter how small or big your account is or what you would like to do . I watched as they treat everyone that walks through the door like family . I was shocked to hear so many people addressed by name as they walked in and the small talk that was made. It’s very homey and has a very comfortable feel the moment you walk in the door . I have not felt this way or seen this type of interaction from a bank since I was a child and would go to the bank with my grandparents.”

“We met Kiarra a few weeks ago when my wife and I came into a nearby PNC branch to add me to her accounts for access in case of an emergency. Kiarra was the most kind, polite, and professional banker we have ever worked with, and I do not say that lightly. Serving us was a little more than a complex handful. Painting the visual, in Kiarra's office, was my wife, myself, our 7-month-old baby in her carrier, and my service dog, so needless to say there was a LOT going on. She was attentive to everything and an absolute pleasure to talk with, making the experience so much more than a bank transaction. What could have been a quick and easy transaction with her subject matter expertise, lasted quite a bit longer (by choice), and this was due to Kiarra's professionalism and top-notch level of customer service. We quickly got to know each other and became friends sharing some of our life experiences with each other. Anytime I need to do PNC banking in the Noth Ridgeville Ohio area, there is not a doubt in my mind that I want to know that Kiarra is taking care of my banking, and my family would recommend her to anyone. “Everyone there gives 110 percent customer service. All friendly and go out of their way. Recently I went in to get a paper notorized. I was struggling to walk cashier saw me holding on to wall and shouted out and asked if I needed help and also anything I needed. I told her why I was there and then Patty Jo Silvaggio stood up and had me sit at her desk. She took care of my needs. She was very happy and friendly. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. She even offered to pull car up to the front door. She walked with me to the outside and stayed outside until I was safely in my car. Thank you Chase Bank. You are all wonderful. Kim”
