I was given the wrong passport application from the clerk at the post office filled it out, sent it in with both fees paid in full. I received a letter from the department of state telling me I completed the wrong application and was required to complete the proper form AND pay the same post office another 35$ processing fee. I will NEVER use this post office again!!!

Only post office in the area that complains if you bring in more than 5 prepaid mail packages. Lady at the counter wants to argue if you do. Shouldn’t have to feel that I have to go to another post office if I got more than 5 packages.

As of late there's been attitude from employees, and they are sometimes closed at random hours during the middle of the day. Probably due to staffing issues. Hopefully for the people who work there and for local residents who rely on this post office, this gets addressed soon.

Absolutely horrible in the last six months. They don’t deliver the mail until 630 at night and when they do, you’re not getting all the mail that it shows you’re supposed to get for that day.

Lazy mail man instead of bringing package to the house , leaves a note unable to deliver in mailbox and leaves !!!! I have cameras in the house this is not first time it happened . Wilderness trail mail man needs extra training , or needs to be retired , because he is lazy !!!!!

I've had over $1,000 of packages stolen or go missing in the past 3 months. I can't get in touch with USPS, nobody is responding to my claims. Have to file police reports now. Starting getting my packages delivered a block away to my cousins house, same city, same carrier. Stolen again. Marked as delivered, never delivered and they have cameras outside their house. USPS never even showed up that day.I rely on USPS for my business and I've never had so many packages go missing. My $700 iPad was marked "delivered to my front porch". I dont have a front porch, I walked out as SOON as I got a "delivered " notification, that minute. No ipad. No mail lady. There is heavy theft or mismanagement occurring here and I intend to raise hell at this point with law enforcement.

I had a package stuck in limbo, going back and forth between Akron and Cleveland distribution centers. Reached out to the Olmstead Falls post office and they helped solve my missing package. The lovely employees even called me to confirm delivery and ask if there was anything more they could do. Between the staff inside and the amazing gentleman who delivers my mail, I love my local office and thank them for all their hard work.
