Fantastic company. Sam is great to work with, as is the service department. I was in need of a new mower. Sam took the time to show me multiple options and ultimately sold me a new Honda HRX mower. And everyone was just nice to work with. Highly recommend.

I brought in my push lawnmower to have the muffler re-attached. It had fallen off during my last time mowing and the screws holding it on had sheared off so I was unable to re-attach myself.
The mower still worked; it was just very loud. Upon dropping it off, I was told it would be a $60 diagnostic fee (which, lol, the muffler needed to be re-attached; not much diagnostic needed there), and that if they needed to order parts, the cost could go up from there.
I received a call later that day and was told that the existing muffler could not be reattached and that they would need to order a new part. I was also advised that it needed an oil change. New total for parts, labor, and oil change would be $210. I agreed and waited another week to hear back.
When I received the call back, I expected to be told that my mower was ready to pick up, but unfortunately I was told that while the new muffler had been installed and oil changed, the mower will not start now. I was told that a new air filter and carburetor cleaning ($180) might fix the issue, if a new carburetor is needed, it "would get kinda pricey." At this point, I'm already $210 deep on a $350 lawnmower so I decided to cut my losses and just pick up my no-longer-functioning lawnmower.
I'm not sure what happened, but all I know is that I dropped off a fully functional (albeit very loud) lawnmower and now I'm out $210 with a lawnmower that won't start. I will not be returning for additional service.

Took my weed whacker in for service, was told I would get a call. Been in there at least 3 weeks and no calls. I called a few times with no answer. I finally get in touch with someone just for them to argue with me about no communication. Now they want to say there is all these things wrong, when my equipment started just fine prior. $60 diagnostic cost for what? If you are mechanically inclined just fix it yourself or find another place for service. I will not spend my money with them ever again. The best spot for lawn equipment is GSA.
