I can't get google to let me reply to reviews. So to Gabrielle, I sent you a reply that the mail server should of sent you a tracking no, and then asked you to let me know they did so I could then get it for you. You ordered lids that did not fit your containers and never even asked me to resend, you just wanted me to know which lids you wanted and I ask you how was I to know the ones you ordered were not the ones you wanted. You are being very unfair to write a review like this without even giving me the credit for sending you what your ordered. I would of offered to send you the size you want, but you did not even bother to email me a problem. I cannot read you mind and sent what you ordered. I am sorry I replied and you thought I was rude for just asking you to confirm you got the tracking no. I did not do anything wrong, but you blame me for what You ordered. Since when can you not email me???

Let me just say that if you want a praying mantis this website will get one delivered right to your door alive & healthy. Feeder insects too! I've been overly satisfied with every order. I've had my orchid mantis for almost a year so far. I've been breeding marbled mantis that i originally bought from this website going on about 2 years now.

Bad customer service, and not an easy person to talk to. I ordered Blue Bottle flies a couple months ago. When they hatched they were the size of house flies. they even looked like house flies. I mentioned this to her, but she said this batch was smaller than usual. If I had known this I wouldn't have ordered them. Plus they died off quickly. No offer of replacing them. I would have even paid the shipping. Now I go to Mantis Kingdom. Yeah, I pay double for the BBF's, but I know what I am getting.

I ordered an orchid mantis a few months back (for way too expensive first of all). After waiting a week and a half for a tracking number, I emailed the lady and she told me the orchid mantis could no longer be shipped. No reasons or anything. She asked if I wanted to get something else seeing as how I had already paid but I just wanted my money back. Very unprofessional.

terrible customer service. very hard to communicate with whenever they made the errors on shipping by not sending a mantis we paid for and then requesting for us to pay shipping (not cheap) and continued to be very hostile and not clear. 0/10 do not purchase. also look at other sites. they overcharge

This woman is a professional con artist. Unfortunately I learned after the fact that she has ripped off quite a few people selling bad products, buying products from others and then initiating return scams where she mails back empty boxes and people end up out the money and the product.

Ordered some blue bottle fly pupae and paid for 1-3 day shipping. It took 1 and 1/2 weeks to get to me. They were dead on arrival and I was left with a hungry mantis.

Customer service is lacking. If I order something, it takes triple the time to get to me as promised and they are all dead on arrival, I should be compensated.
