My kids have been going there for about 5 years, and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff is all so sweet and caring. I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there. Sydney, in the infant room, is one of the best caregivers I have ever had care for my kids! You can tell that she genuinely loves what she does and the kids she works with. My daughter looks forward to seeing her every morning! I also love how every morning/evening as we are walking down the hall, my daughter is greeted by name with a huge smile from various other caregivers in the center. If I can't be the one taking care of my infant each day, I'm glad that she has the wonderful people of KidsFirst.

We are very lucky to have found kidsfirst and have had kids there for almost 7 years. We have loved Miss Judy, Miss Amanda, both Miss Amy’s, Miss Sydney, Miss Imam, Mr. Nick and Miss Alondra! and while we just moved up to Miss Karen/Miss Renee in the morning it has been a wonderful transition for our son and I love all the pictures she shares. We have had a really good experience with her too! The administration including Miss Taylor/Miss Rachel/Miss Colleen are kind and helpful and visible !

My son has been attending Kids First for a little over two weeks now and I am so happy with the program! Everyone was very welcoming and send many pictures throughout the day to make us feel at ease. I was a graduate of the Olmsted Falls School System and I am so glad my son will be able to be apart of the system early on!

The teachers here are fantastic. My son has been going here since he was a baby and he's always received excellent care. I'm also very pleased by the life skills they're teaching him such as staying in his chair and putting his toys away. He's also developed a love of books, which is wonderful. My only frustration is that they close on the holidays when most people work, but they still charge for a full week of tuition when I need to make other arrangements. That's why I knocked off one star. Otherwise, this place is great!

The teachers are great, the curriculum is great, the schedules are great! They have extra curricular activities during school hours to sign your kids up for, like dance and soccer. They teach great behavior skills and manners. I can't say enough good things about this place. Truly blessed to have our son attending!

My grandson is attending here for pre k. Wonderful place and I highly recommend it. I gave 4 stars only cause there is one staff member out of all of them I have met that doesn't fit in the group. The rest all deserve 5 star rating. Very caring and love the children.

We are so happy with KidsFirst! My son is happy to go every day and the things he has learned in a short period of time is incredible. The teachers and staff are amazing and really care about each child! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My son (3 years old) started at KidsFirst roughly 5 months ago and has excelled in learning, vocabulary and social skills. I attribute his success to his teacher Ms. Judy. I've read some of the other reviews and like any school setting the teacher can make or break a child. The receptionists have been nothing but nice and respectful each time I call. Overall, I'm very pleased with the professionalism, quality of care given to my son and especially thankful for his teacher.

KidsFirst is an amazing childcare center! My son attends and is in the infant room. His teachers are passionate and knowledgeable. They work with him each day to hit his developmental milestones. The directors know each and every family and are also passionate about what they do. Thank you KidsFirst for taking such great care of my little one!

The quality in teachers here is very inconsistent. There are a lot of good teachers at this school, but the bad do outweigh the good as I never know who will be placed in my sons care should one of his normal teachers be out.My sons previous preschool room with Michelle was a terrible experience. As soon as my son was moved to her class from the younger classroom, he started acting out a lot. Every day I would get a page or two worth of notes from incident reports about what he had done wrong that day. One of which included something as benign as my son playing with his spit. Also on every occasion when I would bump into Michelle, she had nothing but bad things to say about my son. Once I began to pay more attention to Michelle’s teaching style, I noticed why my son was acting out. She does not appear to like her job at all. She also never seemed to provide positive reinforcement for the children which led to continued misbehavior. There was also one occasion where I was dropping my son off in the morning and overheard her gossiping with another teacher about another parent. After a couple months in her room, luckily the facility decided to make two preschool rooms and he was moved into Kayla and Stephanies room. They appear to really like their job and my son loves them. He has been with them for a while now and I can tell he is much happier. As soon as my son turns 4 and moves out of this room, we will probably start looking to enroll him somewhere else.I would also like to point out that there was one occasion where I picked my son up at the end of the day, and my son had had a temperature, his eyes were all watery and red, and he was clearly fatigued (he passed out right when he got home). When I dropped him off that morning, I let the teacher know that his allergies seemed to be bothering him and to let me know if he got worse so I could pick him up. I was never called or notified. I was later told that a substitute had come in that day in place of one of his teachers. There was another occasion where I picked my son up at 5:30pm with a pull up diaper full of urine. (he is 3 and a half) I presume they had forgotten to take it off after his nap time which ends around 2:30 to 3.If this facility had more teachers that truly love/like their job, and better consistency I think this daycare would be more worth the very high tuition price. As it stands now though, it really is not worth the price.

Miss Michelle was amazing with my daughter. Helped her so much when she start having separation anxiety from her mom
