I haven't brought me dog here yet. But from the sound of it, the reception area seems not to be very friendly. Make by should think about that. And also the vet not allowing patients to order scripts from another place other than their office. I have to think about my decision to bring my dog here.

The vet here was so kind to us and helped our sweet Bella cross the rainbow bridge yesterday. He came outside to hug me in the parking lot and everything. Thank you so much for being a light during this extremely difficult time.

The receptionist, Vicky is absolutely atrocious. I have never been spoken to more rudely by anyone in my entire life. All I did was ask for an email from my previous vet to send records to. She caught an attitude saying they can just send them to my personal email. She will look and take a couple notes so when I asked if the vet was going to need to look at my records, she stated NO she will take notes and copped an attitude and then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked for a manager that is disgusting customer service.

Super sweet staff! Very calming presence for our Goldendoodle. I like that they have you call from the parking lot when you arrive in case some of the animals don’t get along. They are prompt and quick. Highly recommend.

Small friendly and old school vet office feel. The Dr. we visited with was kind with our dog and was able to inform us of all the shots she required. What's weird here is that they give you paper cards and not electronic records. Other than the lack of an app or website, it's an alright place.

I had called to try to make an appointment at this location. I explained to her that my dogs have a bad allergic reaction against simparica trio (flea medication) and the lady said "Well thats all we give here so maybe you should find another vet". Apparently they don't offer any other medications for your dog so I wasn't able to go.

Wow! I was very impressed ! I brought the cat in and they didn't spend 45 minutes trying market and up sell services I didn't ask for! They were friendly, they were soothing with our cat, and dealt with a problem at hand. This is the way a veterinarian should be! Definitely I give Falls Veterinary Clinic a 5 Star review.

Very compassionate, explained everything, fairly priced. Just had two dogs spayed. They did excellent. Have recommended him multiple times.

The staff are wonderful. My only concern is only one doc and he is fantastic but nobody to replace him. and I wish they would computerize reports. But the care, compassion and reasonable rates make up for that. Dr A has always been great to my pets.he knows what he is doing and never pushes extra meds just to make money. It’s a great, friendly place.
